These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AIToolsNow ("AIToolsNow," "we," "us," or "our") and its website, features, and services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What AIToolsNow Is

AIToolsNow is an online directory that helps users discover AI tools and related services. The Service may include tool listings, categories, editorial content, user accounts, tool submissions, and user reviews/ratings.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service (or older if required by local law). If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent you have authority to bind that organization.

3. Accounts and Authentication

3.1 Account creation

You may create an account using email/password and/or supported social logins (currently Google; others may be added). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

3.2 Account security

You agree to notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. We are not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

3.3 Account deletion

If the Service provides self-service account deletion, you may delete your account via settings. Some information may remain as described in our Privacy Policy (e.g., logs for security, or content that has been de-identified).

4. Submissions, Reviews, and User Content

The Service may allow you to submit tool listings, edit tool information, and post reviews/ratings/comments ("User Content").

4.1 Moderation and approval

All submissions and reviews may be reviewed, edited, approved, rejected, delayed, or removed at our discretion. We may also disable submissions or reviews for certain tools or categories.

4.2 License you grant us

By submitting User Content, you grant AIToolsNow a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, modify (for formatting/clarity), publish, display, distribute, and otherwise use that User Content for operating, promoting, and improving the Service.

4.3 Your responsibility

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to submit your User Content and that it does not violate any law, these Terms, or third-party rights.

4.4 Public display

Approved reviews may appear publicly and may display your username/handle.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purposes.
  • Submit false, misleading, defamatory, or deceptive content.
  • Infringe intellectual property rights (copyright, trademark, trade secrets).
  • Upload or submit malware, exploits, or harmful code.
  • Attempt to bypass security, rate limits, or access controls.
  • Scrape or harvest user data from the Service (including emails/usernames) without permission.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Use automated means to create accounts, submit spam, or manipulate rankings/reviews.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

6. Tool Listings, Accuracy, and "No Endorsement"

6.1 Informational purpose

AIToolsNow provides informational listings. We do not guarantee that listings are complete, accurate, or current. Tools may change, move, rebrand, or discontinue.

6.2 No endorsement

A listing on AIToolsNow does not imply we endorse or verify the tool, its claims, or its performance.

6.3 Third-party services

Tools listed are operated by third parties. Your use of any third-party tool is solely between you and that third party, governed by their terms and policies.

7. Our Use of Public Sources and "Scraping"

7.1 Directory compilation

To build and maintain the directory, we may collect and summarize information from publicly available sources (including official websites, public documentation, and other public web pages).

7.2 Corrections

If you are the owner/representative of a listed tool and believe information is inaccurate or should be updated/removed, contact us at privacy@aitoolsnow.com. We will review reasonable requests.

7.3 No guarantee of inclusion

We may add, modify, or remove listings at any time.

8. Sponsored Listings, Paid Placement, and Affiliate Links (Future)

8.1 Sponsored/premium listings

In the future, we may offer paid options such as sponsored listings, premium placement, or enhanced profile pages. If we do, we will aim to label sponsored placements in a clear manner.

8.2 Affiliate/referral links

We may also use affiliate or referral links for some tools. If you click and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. We will aim to disclose affiliate relationships where appropriate.

8.3 Editorial independence

Sponsored or affiliate relationships do not guarantee favorable reviews or rankings. We reserve the right to maintain editorial discretion in how tools are presented (subject to applicable law and any written agreement).

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 Our content

The Service, including its design, text, graphics, trademarks, and compilation of listings (excluding third-party marks and User Content), is owned by AIToolsNow or its licensors and is protected by applicable laws.

9.2 Third-party trademarks

Tool names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification purposes.

10. DMCA / Copyright Complaints

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, please contact privacy@aitoolsnow.com with:

  • Your name and contact info
  • The copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
  • The specific URL(s) of allegedly infringing material
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and you are the owner/authorized agent

We may remove or disable access to the material and may terminate repeat infringers.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for any reason, including suspected violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive (e.g., licenses, disclaimers, limitation of liability).

12. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AITOOLSNOW WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) THE SERVICE OR THIRD-PARTY TOOLS, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED USD $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless AIToolsNow and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Service
  • Your User Content
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your infringement of any third-party rights

15. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify the Service or these Terms at any time. We will post updated Terms with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law; Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
